Health & Safety

Gary Woolley gave our class a health and safety talk to make us aware of different things that could go wrong or hurt us while filming out on college campus.
He told us that is it always good to write risk assessments to note down everything we're doing and what could go wrong.
We also wear high vis jackets and have "filming in progress" signs up to show other people not to interfere while we're filming.
Some things just aren't sensible to do when filming purely for our safety e.g. climbing on high buildings, filming on stairs when people walk up and down, slipping over different things when it's icy and raining and being aware of other people.
